In honor of Veteran’s Day, Pennyrile Area Development District is proud to recognize two staff who have honorably served our country. Belinda Babb, Family Caregiver Coordinator, Area Agency on Aging and Independent Living, served in the Army National Guard for eight years from 2001-2009 as an Automated Logistical Specialist (92A).
