PROJECT: JANITORIAL SERVICES

PROPOSAL DUE DATE: March 15, 2024
The Pennyrile Area Development District (PeADD) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for janitorial services to include cleaning materials and labor for the Pennyrile ADD office located at 300 Hammond Drive, Hopkinsville, KY. Cleaning equipment, paper and soap supplies will be provided by the PADD. The contractor is responsible for their own liability and workers compensation insurance.
The premises can be inspected by contacting Alisha Sutton at (270)886-9484 during the business hours of 8am – 4pm Monday – Friday. Questions regarding the actual services/maintenance being solicited may be directed to the same individual.

Or hand-deliver Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) 8am to 4:30pm by March 15, 2024. Proposals received after 4:30pm March 15, 2024 may not be considered.
