MADISONVILLE, Ky.—The Madisonville-Hopkins County Economic Development Corporation today announced the Cultivating Small Business seminar, 8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Central Nov. 1 in Room 107 at the Steve Beshear Center for Postsecondary Education at Madisonville Community College. Small-business owners will have the opportunity to learn about financial options available to them, such as micro-loans, revolving loans, incentives for on-the-job training, tax credits and techniques for determining their financial needs. Seating is limited, and registration is free and includes breakfast and lunch.
