2017 Forgotten Angels
The Forgotten Angels Project will be gearing up again for its 11th year, serving residents in “Personal Care Homes”. Residents in PCH’s are usually younger and sometimes suffer with mental illness rather than physical limitations. The Forgotten Angel is placed on the tree anonymously. People from the community come to the PADD office and obtain a Forgotten Angel (or several) off the tree. Later they return with a Christmas bag stuffed full with the residents wish and other stocking stuffers.
As the holiday season approaches, we hope that you will help us provide a touch of joy to those in need. It is truly amazing to see how our community gets involved in giving so much to these Forgotten Angels. Each year as the donations begin to pour in, I remain stunned at your generosity. I’m very proud to be a part of this community and look forward to serving our Forgotten Angels in 2017 with your help.
