Celebrating Centenarians
May is Older America’s Month. To celebrate Older American’s Month, the Pennyrile Area Agency on Aging and Independent Living is requesting information to help us locate and honor all older persons 100 years of age and older throughout the Pennyrile district. The Pennyrile Area Agency on Aging and Independent Living will provide a recognition plaque for those individuals who are or will be 100 years of age or older on or before December 31, 2017.
To learn more about this special project, please contact Jill Collins at [email protected] or call 866-844-4396.
If you know of a Centenarian in your community, please contact the Area Agency on Aging and Independent Living to provide their name, birthdate and contact information using the form below.
