Jason Vincent

Executive Director
Jason oversees the implementation and evaluation of multi-faceted projects throughout the nine-county area, and supervises the functions and activities of the Pennyrile Area Development District.

Tim Barnes

Information Technology Manager
Tim performs management to ensure efficient operation of networks and personal computers of the Pennyrile Area Development District. Tim also works with various governmental entities in streamlining their administrative tasks via computer technology.

Sherry Chambers

Receptionist
Sherry provides the cheery voice that welcomes visitors and callers to the Area Development District and provides assistance with administrative functions, communications, and other support activities.

Leslie Goode

Administrative Assistant
Leslie is responsible for assisting the administrative department with data entry, filing, and scanning documents.

David Leix

Accounting Clerk
David provides accounting support to the Area Development District. He is responsible for processing the agency’s accounts payable and assists with processing program billing.

Kim Choate

Office Manager
Kim assists the Chief Financial Officer in various accounting functions.  Kim is in charge of cash receipts and payroll.

Jackie Miles

Staff Accountant
Jackie assists with timely preparation of requests for drawdown of grant funds, posting financial transactions, checking for accuracy in reports, figures and postings, and producing a variety of grant reports/budgets.  

Stephanie Starr

Staff Accountant
Stephanie assists with data entry and information management for the accounting department.  Stephanie also serves as the temporary receptionist in Sherry’s absence.

Alisha Sutton

Chief Financial Officer
Alisha develops and implements effective management systems, and accounting, budgeting, and bookkeeping programs as required for the multi-county agency the Area Development District represents.

Hayla Swaw

Senior Staff Accountant
Hayla provides clerical and accounting support to the Area Agency on Aging & Independent Living and the Participant Directed Services Program.

Melissa Thompson

Communications Director
Melissa is responsible for PeADD’s overall communication strategies including branding, public relations, web presence and social media, as well as providing support to the Executive Director, Senior Management Team, and PeADD Board of Directors.
