Jill Collins

Director, Pennyrile Area Agency on Aging & Independent Living / Aging & Disability Resource Center
Jill is responsible for the overall planning, development and implementation of all aging and disability programs and other related services for the Area Agency on Aging and Independent Living. This includes developing the Area Plan, Request for Proposal for service procurement, development of program budgets and contract oversight. Jill also completes administrative monitoring with subcontractors and provides training and technical assistance to staff. She is available to speak to civic groups and other agencies regarding programs and services upon request.

Belinda Babb

Social Services Case Manager
Belinda provides case management services to clients enrolled in the Homecare and Older Americans Act programs. Belinda conducts assessments, home visits and conducts resource referrals on behalf of clients. Belinda also serves as the backup for the Aging and Disability Resource Center where she provides intake and prescreening to individuals accessing services.

Debra Cansler

KY State Caregiver Program Coordinator
Debra coordinates the Kentucky Family Caregiver Program, which provides assistance to low-income grandparents who are raising grandchildren. She also provides monitoring and review for the USDA Child and Adult Food Care Program.

Bruce Carver

National Family Caregiver Program Coordinator
Bruce is responsible for the day to day implementation of the National Family Caregiver Program, including home assessments, case management and facilitating local Alzheimer’s support groups.  He also provides assistance to the LTC Ombudsman program.

Angela Gore

Administrative Assistant
Angela provides administrative support to the Aging and Independent Living staff members. She maintains the mailing directory for numerous councils attends and takes minutes for all program committee meetings. Angela prepares correspondence and is responsible for the daily maintenance of the Home Care and Title III Client charts.

Alecia Jones

Social Services Case Manager
Alecia provides case management to clients enrolled in Participant Directed Services. Alecia meets with clients in their homes to conduct program visits and training.  She  provides case management to clients on a monthly basis and coordinates training to clients and their caregivers. Alecia also conducts monitoring visits and review for the USDA Child and Adult Food Care Program.

Ali Jones

Aging & Disability Resource Center Coordinator
Ali is the primary contact for all referrals, intake and eligibility pre screenings for clients accessing services. She also maintains a regional resource directory and assists with managing the waiting list for services. Ali also develops state and federal reports for the ADRC programs.

Payton Kidd

Participant Directed Services Coordinator
Payton serves as the coordinator for the Medicaid Home and Community Based Waiver/ Consumer Directed Options Program and all other participant directed programs.  He screens and processes all referrals and makes arrangements for initial assessments.  Payton provides in home case management and training to families enrolled in the CDO program.  Payton is the also point of contact for the Veteran’s Directed Care Program.  Upon request, he is available to provide community education and training regarding Participant Directed Services.

Harley Nittler

Social Services Case Manager
Harley provides assessment and case management services to clients enrolled in the Consumer Directed Options Program. Harley meets with clients in their homes to conduct the program assessment and establish service eligibility.  She also  provides case management to clients on a monthly basis and coordinates training to clients and their caregivers.

Amanda Stokes

Aging Planner / In-Home Services Manager
Amanda is responsible for monitoring senior centers, USDA Child and Adult Care Food Programs, and implementing nutrition guidelines and menu planning.  She provides staffing services for the Aging Advisory Council which includes scheduling of quarterly programs and annual training.  Amanda also serves as case management supervisor and coordinates all in home services.  Amanda is also the network administrator for the data collection system.

Cindy Tabor

Long Term Care Ombudsman
The Ombudsman acts as an advocate for long-term care and group family home residents by investigating and resolving complaints received and assists the Long Term Care Advisory Council.  Cindy also recruits, trains and supervises certified volunteers and friendly visitors, and is the point of contact for the Elder Abuse Council and Forgotten Angels Project.

PADD Aging Program Case Managers

​The Home Care and Title III Case Management Staff provide assessments for elderly and disabled individuals who are seeking in home support services, ensures access to the continuum of care, ensures appropriate services are provided, ensures the changing needs of the clients and their caregivers are addressed, assures that high quality services are provided in a timely and cost effective manner, and refers clients to appropriate formal/informal agencies to help address any unmet needs.
